This is all about infusions - and new ways you can experiment with them at home. Enjoy an intimate class and demo inside the kitchens of the Fifth Floor Restaurant. Start with Chef Bazirgan who will teach how to do oil infusions you can replicate at home. Bartender Brian Means will then show one of his signature tinctures and demonstrate how to use it in a cocktail. Go home with your own bottle of one of the bar's tinctures. This is a small, private class - can't wait to see you there.
